Made of mango wood, the Marley Bar Stool has an hourglass profile that keeps its lines clean and simple. Also contemporary on this design is the minimalist feel of the stainless-steel foot rest. Mango wood is a hardwood that has been harvested for making furniture for many years. The heartwood, which is inherently sustainable, comes in a variety of colors, ranging from light to dark brown, with some pieces even having a hint of pink. The perfect brown finish we’ve applied to this version of the bar stool enhances the wood’s warm tones. This is one of our pieces of furniture that reflects the ethos that Phillips Collection personifies: modern organic. We have a number of stools and tables in a variety of finishes.
This piece is crafted from natural solid wood. Color and texture in wood will vary and natural holes and subtle openings add unique character to your piece. Wood “breathes” and it is normal for cracks to present themselves over time. This is not considered a defect.
