A mahogany and ormolu mounted occasional table, the brass bound shaped circular top above a rosewood veneered frieze enclosed by foliate mounts, on three cabriole legs with caryatid mounts terminating in sabots, united by a shaped undertier. The original Louis XV, circa 1770.
